Stephen Walton is retired airline Captain with over fifty years of experience in most aspects of commercial aviation totaling over twenty-three thousand hours in all manner of aircraft from light general aviation to wide body international jet transport operations. In addition to his thirty-five years with American Airlines, he has experience working operational, safety and security issues for both the company and the respective union. He has experience as an airline Chief Pilot, aerobatic flight instructor and demonstration pilot. His FAA ratings include Multi-engine ATP with numerous type ratings, as well as Airframe and Powerplant mechanic.
