Richard Daseke, now retired, is a holder of an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate since 1967 and a graduate McKendree College Elizabethtown Kentucky with 11 years of Military aviation and more than 35 years of employment within the Airline industry including the startups of Air South and America West Airlines. Richard has vast experience in Maintenance and Engineering policies and procedures. Richard has a long history of Maintenance as well as Quality Control/Assurance policies procedures and manuals, more than 40 years. He has been a major participant of the startup of airlines in the United States as well as South America and is functional in Spanish.
