He holds a Masters Degree in Science and Engineering; Diploma in Administrative Management; Diploma in Financial Management, ICAO Train Air Instructor, Lead Auditor Quality Integrated Management Systems ISO 9K / 14K, OSHAS 18K, Auditor IATA Operational Safety Audit – IOSA and SMS, Aviation Accident Investigator. He holds a Federal Aviation Administration’s “Gold Award with Rubi stone – 2001” and “Gold Award with Diamond Stone – 2002.” Julio holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate and speaks 5 languages.
Julio has twenty-eight years of experience which include, among other achievements in both line and heavy aircraft, maintenance, as well as engineering, records, integrated quality management systems, environmental / occupational health and safety audits, SMS and IATA-IOSA audits, aircraft technical feasibility evaluations, aircraft technical receiving / acceptance certification, Process Engineering and Airline 121 / 129 / 135, new stations, service providers and MRO 145 certification for startup operation before several airworthiness authorities.
